Twin cylindric towers acting as a gate over the Red Sea, rising from a curved podium of shops and open-air gardens.
Stacked, slightly offset volumes form a sculptural silhouette — a contemporary reading of Salmani architecture.
One hundred guest rooms, fine dining and premium retail, designed for both business and leisure travellers.
Four towers rotated 45° on a shared podium, double-skin louvers for energy saving and a solar roof.
A sculptural floating volume over a permeable civic plaza, its perforated façade drawn from local geometric patterns.
Four independently operated schools, each with its own entrance and identity, linked by a shaded boulevard.
A mini-resort of pavilion-style structures set into a terraced landscape, with an open basement for gatherings.

MB+25 years international experience managing and co-founding multi-national firms. Research- and design-oriented on high-end mixed-use, master planning, cultural and residential projects.
AA+20 years in architectural education at the KSU Architecture department. Consultant to board members of local mega projects (Al Akariya, Knowledge City Al-Medina).
MA+10 years architectural experience, PMP, risk mitigation management and high-rise project hand-over (AECOM, KAFD, IDC).
KB+20 years international experience managing technical and design departments. Founder of B&B Architects; commercial, residential and high-rise projects in KSA and Tunisia.
